Refund & Return Policy

We will only consider a refund to the original payment method if the plant is dead on arrival. Yellowing leaves are not considered dead on arrival—they are typically a result of plant stress during shipping.

Please note: We will not issue refunds during the cold season for orders that did not include a heat pack.

Refunds and cancellations will not be accepted for plants that have already been shipped or successfully delivered. By purchasing a plant from us, you acknowledge the inherent risks of shipping live plants and the stress that can occur during transit.

You have 14 hours from the time the tracking shows "delivered" to request a return for a refund. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your plant(s).

Refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • USPS Delays: Once the plant leaves our location, we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays. By purchasing, you accept the risks of shipping. If you experience an issue with USPS delivery, you must contact USPS directly and file a claim.
  • Failure to provide photo/video proof of the dead plant within 12 hours of the delivery timestamp.
